Can't see any on rd recruiting only control rooms, a way to keep numbers down before single crewingtakes up the slack ?

I'm surprised they are recruiting control room and not keeping the option of moving on roaders over after training/dual training

agreed I wish there was a bit more honesty an openess instead of all this secret squirrel lark but then knowledge is some peoples power. I dont know what retention of staff is like in your neck of the woods but our 's has quite a turn over so that should not be a problem for those that cab afford to travel there

I don't think the people doing the planning know what they want or are looking for, i know a couple of people transferred in from other area's, but a couple of outstations are/have always been overstaffed.
