ISUs round my way do 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, 6 - 6 or 10 - 10. I've no idea what they earn, but no amount of cash would have me doing those hours..

12 hour shifts aren't too bad, I personally like them, not sure I'd fancy a 4 on 4 off though!!

Evening all. round our way we get £24,500. basic, 4 on 4 off, 12hr shift's.
