Does it matter what you think :slsa:

The Grandis was an unmitigated 'disaster' as a TM vecicle as you lost good 4x4 vehicle capability, you may as well have supplied 'smart' cars, lets hope they read the 'lessons learned log' & not make another c@ck up in the FOM, better to have older 4x4 resiliance/TM vehicles than new 'chocolate teapots' someone just needs to remind some TM what the real reason for the vehicles is :slgo:
Laying cones-Delaying people, What's today's imaginary KPI?

I haven't seen any there or heard of any trials but it wouldn't surprise me if they got those kind of cars. Our new colleagues at DRC don't operate in the same way as the rest of the country at the moment they use their old procedures not ours, they don't tow a lot as they have on site recovery ,they use cars to close lanes instead of cones .RRB's are done with a car in each lane. They don't even really need 4x4's as they also have on site spreaders and maintainence teams. If they continue to work as they do they don't need the same cars and kit as us, this maybe why they are looking at alternatives.
It is my intention to commandeer one of these ships, pick up a crew in Tortuga, raid, pillage, plunder and otherwise pilfer my weasely black guts out Savvy

Good point well made. :slclap:
People are like tea bags you have to put them in hot water to find out how strong they are.

I hope they've had training in the use of it now that the load carrying system is different to the others. I'd hate to be on the wrong end of a personal injury compensation claim. :slbl:
